Samaria Farmers App is a dedicated mobile application designed specifically for farmers who are part of the Samaria Milk Group. Our company specializes in collecting milk from farmers and ensuring they are compensated at the end of each month. The app serves as a digital assistant, allowing farmers to easily track their daily milk sales, monitor monthly payment records, and keep tabs on advances and feeds provided on credit. Additionally, it acts as a communication hub, delivering critical updates and information about the company directly to the farmers.

Step 1 - Prepare Your Device

Check Compatibility - Ensure your smartphone is running a compatible operating system. The Samaria Farmers App is only available for Android devices currently, iOS version will be launched shortly. Your device should be running Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or higher.
Internet Connection - Make sure your device is connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or mobile data.

Step 2 - Download the App

Download Samaria Farmers App by clicking the Download Button on this site. The app will be available soon in Google Playstore alongside Appstore.

Step 3 - Register an Account

Open the App- Once the installation is complete, open the Samaria Farmers App by tapping on the app icon on your home screen.

When you open the app for the first time, the verification page as shown in the image below will be displayed.
Here, you need to enter your FARMER ID granted by Samaria Group and your PHONE NUMBER which you used during registration.
Then click the Verify Button.

Step 4 - Verification

Once the FARMER ID and the PHONE NUMBER matches, you will be navigated to enter the verification code which will be sent via SMS to the registered number.
Enter the 6-digit verification code you have received in your phone and click the Submit button.

Step 5 - Create Pin

Enter a memorable 4-digit pin which you will be prompted every time you want to login. Confirm the pin and click the CREATE PIN button.

Step 6 - Login

After that, you will be prompted to the Login Page, Enter your FARMER ID and your PIN and click the LOGIN button. You will then be navigated to the Dashboard Page.

Step 7 - Start Using the App

Welcome to Samaria Milk App, the page displayed above is the dashboard which contain various grids to help you navigate and access various parts of the app.

Sales Page

This page shows the total sales for a particular month that were received at Samaria Milk Group.

To view more details for a specific month, for example the sales for a particular date, click the more... button.

Payments Page

This page shows the payments records for a specific month. It shows the total income a farmer has gained and the deductions made for that month, together with the remaining balance.

To get more details for a particular month, click the view more button and get a more tricked down explanation of payments records for that month.

Advances Page

This page showcases the amount a farmer has received from Samaria Milk Group prior to the payment period. It showcases the status, if it's paid back or not yet deducted.

Use the Select Month button above to choose the desired month and see the advance report.

Feeds Page

This page showcases the feeds a farmer received from Samaria Milk Group prior to the payment period. It showcases the status, if it's paid back or not yet deducted.

Use the Select Month button above to choose the desired month and see the feeds report.

Updates Page

This page shows the news dessimated from Samaria Milk Group. This page will help you keep up with the latest news and updates from Samaria Milk Group.
